United in Purpose, Building Future Leaders

Empowering the Next Generation

Driven by a shared commitment to community and culture, we empower Indigenous youth to explore and pursue meaningful careers in public service. Our Academy expands opportunities across police, fire, EMT, judicial, legal, corrections, probation, and victim services, while grounding students in Tribal values, beliefs, and ceremonies. By integrating cultural teachings with career preparation, we help youth strengthen their identity, build leadership skills, and create pathways to success that honor tradition, service, and community protecting tribal sovereignty.
