Ed Krueger is an innovative leader with many years of experience in criminal justice and security-related fields. As the director of the center for Innovative change, he is a trainer and facilitator in leadership, executive performance, organizational culture, policy development and visionary strategic planning. In his prior role at Fox Valley Technical College, Ed directed the law enforcement training academy, served as the criminal justice department chair, and provided executive leadership for a broad range of national projects and programs with the United States Department of Justice.
